From the friendly staff who graciously accommodated my dietary preferences to the refreshing outdoor Onsen and the picturesque bike tour around the lake, every moment felt like a serene escape. the cozy rooms, coupled with the thoughtful gestures such as the Western-style breakfast and free shuttle service, truly made my Christmas stay unforgettable.
